The TX24
The TX24 is a very special herd we helped save from the Cleburne Auction. There were 21 adults and 3 babies. Two of the 21 adults have been adopted. The rest are under our care for fattening up and training. Some have been handled and some are possibly bred. We aren't sure the level of training but, will slowly work through it. There are 3 that are have possible adopters!
Dutchess
Dutchess is a senior sorrel mare looking for her forever home. She is being adopted out as a pasture pet. Her back and hips cannot support a rider. She is a little untrusting but, if she found her perfect home, I am sure she would open up. She is halter broke. Currently in the Oklahoma Sanctuary.
Cinder9 Year old green broke mare. Unfortunately, previous trainers have not been so kind to this mare. There are days she is good and then there are days she breaks into when you get on. If you ride through it, she then rides great for you. This girl could use some one on one restarting with a patient person.
DollorA 19 year old riding mustang. His eval was cut short due to his teeth. Once his teeth are done we will re-evaluate. He rode nicely in the Auction.
ButtercupUNDER EVAL. We do know that she is halter broke but, is stand offish.

WhiskeyWhiskey may not be the most handsome boy but, he sure has grit for 20 years old. He is speedy and sensitive. He still has a ton of life. Turns on a dime, speed, and fun. Good for a rider that knows how to control a horse. He does have some moon blindness in his left eye making him a bit dancey. He does stand still to be mounted on the right. He is up on the Silent Adoption Auction.
Smoking Tux2017 Extreme Mustang Makeover Kentucky Winner. Trained by Kirsten Mew and Mary Kitzmiller. He's done parades, showings and trail. He was shot of of, "trail" ridden, jump, and cut a bull at the EMM. Rides nicely in just a D-Ring. Will be listed in the November silent adoption auction.

ADOPTED MUSTANGS
Mini Pearl the Second aka MP2
When momma Barham heard her bray, that was it. Mini Pearl the Second had to stay on the farm to live her life. S Bar C plans to work on gently MP2 so momma Barham can spoil her.
Fancy
Fancy was pulled from the Cleburne Auction. Upon commencing her evaluation, S Bar C fell in love with her. Shawnee is now training Fancy to be a Pro Rodeo Barrel Horse.
Rosie & Unborn Foal
Rosie was a severely malnourished and heavily bred mare of roughly 7 to 8 months. Rosie pulled at S Bar C's Heart strings and decide to take on her medical, feed and any other expenses. Her foal is expected in December of 2020.
Bonnie & Cocoa
We want to congratulate the Turpan family on adopting Cocoa (Left) and Bonnie (Right). Cocoa will be used for trail riding and Bonnie is possibly to be used as a barrel horse / playday pony. The Turpan's daughter took riding lessons from us and they fell in love with both mustangs.
Ash
Ash was adopted by one of awesome clients that was in for riding lessons. She clocked well with Ash and just had to have her. Ash will get to stay with S Bar C Performance Horses for her daily care and training with her new momma.
